How far we can go together will depend on how hard we work to change things both inside and outside of ourselves. From this point of view, on the one hand, it is necessary to develop teachers' competency in educational delivery via long-term/mid-term continuous professional development and short-term training, and on the other hand, it is necessary to provide different soft skill training to graduate students so that they have better develop all rounded knowledge, skill and attitude through learning and experience.
